Inductions all Levels:
Wickwoods offer a Free tennis induction to all existing or new members, whether complete beginner or experienced player, our coaching team will be able to assess you level of skill and provide you with some guidance to what session would suit you best as well as introduce you to players of a similar level. There are various inductions session through out the week. Click here to view the current program, if you can not find a session which suits you that contact reception who will have one of the coaches contact you to arrange a time that suits you. Beginner’s tennis at Wickwoods.
Beginners are the life blood of tennis at the club, as such the tennis facilities at Wickwoods are fully available to our members, all ages, all abilities, whether for family fun, a social mixed doubles for a friendly knock around before retiring to the bar, or perhaps a slight more competitive game, it is all available to Wickwoods members in one of the most enviable settings of any club in Sussex with arguably the best presented hard courts.
Our focus here at Wickwoods is making these fantastic tennis facilities accessible to all our members along with the benefit of free lighting for night play as well as covered tennis during the winter. Courts can be booked up to two weeks in advance through reception at no cost. There are regular weekly coaching or social play groups you can join and if you are new to tennis at the club there is an option for you have a free induction with one of our friendly coaches at a group session, alternatively there is also numerous social tennis sessions during the week as well as regular social events throughout the year, just ask at reception and we will have you on the courts in no time.
The clubs does not specifically provide rackets although we have rackets available for occasion use subject to availability at the time, balls may be purchased from reception as required.
