Once you’ve started your fitness journey, we have a range of services
to offer that you can add to your workout to help you have fun and stay
motivated.
• Free Health Checks:
These are short 20 – 30 minute appointments when we will assess
your current fitness level, your BMI & body fat percentages and
various other body composition readings by means of a non-invasive
method. These can then be reviewed as often as you like. view a sample health check
• Free Regular Reviews:
Sit down with a health & fitness instructor during an exercise
programme review to update your current routine with new exercises and
get some advice to keep you working in the right direction. These
are often coupled with a health check review.
• Personal Training:
During a personal training session your trainer will work alongside you
on an individual basis to ensure you are working-out safely and
effectively towards your personal goals. Please see insert of brochure

• Free Group Exercise Classes: These are a great way to complement your current exercise programme and will add variety to your weekly exercise routine. Our classes range from low impact yoga or pilates to high impact conditioning and circuit style routines. All of our classes cater for all levels of ability and are a great way to meet like-minded fellow members.

• Free Tennis Induction:
An opportunity to meet one of the club’s friendly and professional coaches on our fantastic courts. The coach will be able to help you with the basics or enhance any skills you have already developed.
