Wickwoods Country Club, Hotel & Spa held their annual Wickwoods Wimbledon Grand Slam Tournament on Sunday the 6th July.

The event which was sponsored by Brewers decorating merchants and Carpenter Box accountants was a very special event being the first tournament at the club following the appointment of new Tennis Director Mark Weaver.

Managing Director Lee Goossens says: “Mark came highly recommended by internationally renowned tennis professionals. Mark has played as a ranked player representing Britain in various international tournaments as well as having the experience of the ATP tour. He is highly thought of, respected and well connected. I feel most fortunate to have secured Mark as Tennis Director and look forward to seeing Wickwoods further developed as Sussex premier tennis venue.”
