Wickwoods Country Club Hotel & Spa, one of Sussex’s leading and most progressive dining venues requires an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager who is serious about developing their skills as well as contributing to a committed award-winning team creating a unique food offering.

Competitive Salary of £23k – £25k per annum.

A calm, professional team player is essential. Own transport is required due to our rural location.

The successful candidate will be offered the following:

 Responsibility, duties, and prerequisites:

  • To provide an excellent customer and colleague experience at all times.

  • Developing a high performing and motivated team
  • Day to day management of the Restaurant/Bar
  • Deputise in the absence of the F & B Manager
  • Ensure all Health and Safety standards are met
