Commis Chef – Full Time

Join a talented and friendly Michelin trained senior team recently appointed to help further develop one of Sussex’s multi- award winning and most progressive dining venues, whilst developing your own skills and experience.

Candidates requirements:

• Their own transport (essential)
• 50 hours per week contract
• Suitable experience (1 year preferable)
• References (preferable)
