Easy detox tips for anyone! – By Personal Trainer Dom

Dom is trained in nutrition has advised the following easy detox tips that anyone can do:

 

 

Drink Water – The desired amount is ideally 2.5 – 3 litres per day, To help water taste better and increase detoxification add a slice of lemon or lime to hot or cold water. Drinking plenty of water is a naturally great way to naturally flush your system, it keeps your organs functioning at their best and gives your skin a natural healthy glow.

Diet – have a large amount of green vegetables (Kale, Broccoli, Cabbage and Cauliflower) with your meal to increase your vitamin and mineral intake, this also has fibre which keeps your bowel healthy.
