5 Element Flow Yoga

An energising new yoga class incorporating the 5 natural elements of earth, water, fire, air and space to cultivate balance in your mind, body and soul. Starting with slow grounding postures to create a sense of stability and connection to the earth and our bodies, whilst quietening the mind, poses are then interwoven to create a dynamic flow as we build heat and strength in our muscles. A fun and uplifting practice!


Aerobic Pilates

This class combines aerobic exercise with the stretching and strengthening of Pilates. We begin with a 20 minute pulse raiser then focus on toning and stretching, bringing our heart rates down gradually.


Ashtanga Yoga

An intermediate form of Yoga, Ashtanga is a dynamic flowing form of yoga that connects the movement of the body with the breath, designed to build up both flexibility and strength with a strong emphasis on breathing with a calming meditative focus. If you are reasonably fit and healthy with some yoga experience, this will be accessible to you.



A fusion of ballet and Pilates, a workout that will target the core, glutes, and legs.


Barre Sculpt

This class is a fusion of Ballet, Pilates and yoga. Incorporating the strengthening aspect of Pilates, the focus of Yoga and the grace of a ballet dancer, this class is a total body workout that will sculpt and tone every inch of the body. Barre Sculpt is a low impact, dynamic, moderate-high intensity workout choreographed to music.


Body Blitz

The class begins with 15 minutes of High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) followed by body conditioning work. This class is fantastic for improving cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and toning. Suitable for those looking for a high intensity cardiovascular workout.


Body Conditioning

Body Conditioning combines cardio and resistance work to an energetic beat to work out your whole body. With a range of exercise techniques that includes aerobics, floor work, weights and resistance training, you’re guaranteed a varied class that will hit those areas that other workouts miss.


Cardio Barre

This high intensity version of our Barre sculpt class is sure to get your heart rate pumping whilst toning your legs, glutes and core.


Cardio Kicks

Cardio Kicks is a high intensity aerobics class that incorporates upper and lower body combat moves that will give you a full body workout. This class often uses light hand weights to intensify the workout.



Our aerobic martial arts class. Using combinations of kicks, punches, and full body movements to get a complete body workout challenging the body and mind.


Core & Cycle

A 45 min class amalgamating cardio and core. This class begins with a warm up on the bike, followed by a 20 minute ride, you will then be guided through a tough 20 minute core sequence. This class is moderate to high intensity, but open to all levels who wish to be challenged.


Core Release

Our updated name for our popular Stretch & Tone class. A fusion of core and resistance exercises with mobility and stretches that improve the way your body moves.


Dynamic Pilates

Whilst still very much focusing on the Pilates fundamentals this class is designed to make you work a little harder than our regular Pilates class. Within this class exercises are grouped into threes, and flow seamlessly from one to the next.


Dynamic Flow Yoga

An energetic and dynamic yoga flow to a soundtrack of ambient music. Utilising your bodyweight to flow through yoga postures helping to increase your mobility and flexibility through fluid movement. Breathing techniques will be utilised to help you work through the flow which will get your heart rate up and leave you feeling awake and energised, ready for the weekend.



A fun group exercise programme for all to enjoy. The class uses core stability balls to enhance the posture, strength, balance and stability of a healthy adult.


Fit Flow Yoga

A class designed to tone, strengthen and stabilise the body using mindful movement. Yoga moves combined and evolved into flows and reps to help enhance your regular yoga practice or just to build greater understanding and awareness of functional movements.


Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is more of a functional approach to the traditional Pilates class. It still applies the main principles of Pilates but it also involves more functional movement for every day life. Fitness Pilates will improve overall body strength with the main emphasis on your back and core muscles.



Gymstick is a functional resistance training tool that combines the benefits of weight training and resistance bands. Each exercise will improve your core strength, balance, posture, coordination, muscle strength and endurance.


Hatha Yoga

Incorporating the principles of gravity, breath, and spine together with presence and attention, this is a class which combines traditional practices of Hatha yoga with 21st century knowledge of human movement. Offering a balance of active and passive movements, it is suitable for both beginner and the more experienced practitioner looking to broaden, refresh and refine their practice.



High intensity interval training. Short quick bursts of high intensity exercises that will get the heart rate up and burn calories.



A full body intense workout using a kettlebell. Our expert trainers will run through a technique of each move, once this is achieved, we then take the intensity up by performing each move in a Tabata style.



Legs, bums and tums is a conditioning workout designed to tone and shape your lower body.


Lift Lean

Everyone can work at their own level so grab your dumbbells for this full body workout which combines strength and cardio fitness set in time to music.


Low Impact Body Conditioning

Low Impact Body Conditioning is a low to moderate intensity class, that uses LOW impact exercises, within a full body workout. This class is a great ‘all-round’ option, incorporating low level resistance, to build your cardiovascular conditioning, as well as overall muscle strength and definition. This class is fantastic for beginners looking for a Cardio class.

Movement Mechanics

Movement Mechanics, is a low intensity class, aimed at informing participants about how to improve the biomechanical qualities, that the body is capable of. The instructor will demonstrate exercises, and positions that help to enhance attributes like joint mobility, muscular flexibility and muscular strength. A typical class will make use of the entire body.

Pilates HITT

Combines high intensity training with a lower intensity pilates exercise in the ‘rest’ period . The pilates aspect helps to align the body and engage the core for the next high intensity burst.



A dynamic class that combines high repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning. It will tone and condition your body, help you to lose weight and change your body shape in record time!



Pronounced “chee gong,” has similar roots to Tai Chi and is a series of simple movements carried out slowly and mindfully. Practiced originally in China for centuries, the movements promote health and wellbeing, with positive effects on flexibility, coordination, and several health conditions.

Senior Pilates

Designed specifically for our older members. Join our fabulous instructor Penny as she takes you through a 45-minute Pilates class, followed by a 15-minute relaxation.


Sound Bath

Therapeutic sound baths using gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, drums and other percussion instruments are proven to relax the body and mind on a deeper level than other relaxation methods, and help to lower brain waves so levels become similar to meditation or a state of deep sleep This session will offer a short introduction, a couple of guided meditations, followed by a sound bath experience, and time for reflection at the end.



Step aerobics is a choreographed form of exercise that involves stepping up and down onto a stationary block. This is a high-intensity exercise that combines cardio with weight training to provide for a great workout.

Strong is a functional strength and conditioning class. Prioritising the learning, and execution of primitive movements and exercises, such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying, it is a high intensity fun and powerful workout, that has a great carryover to everyday life.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese movement discipline practiced through a series of flowing movements. Balance, coordination, and posture are all improved by the practice, while mindfully focusing solely on the movements helps to bring about a state of mental calm and clarity.


Yoga Basics

In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Working on breathing techniques you can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.



Yogalates is a combination of yoga and Pilates. The class combined the flow of yoga practice with Pilates principles. The exercises incorporate stretching, strengthening and breath work, with a focus on mind and body connection.


Yoga Vinyasa

A dynamic flow to awaken the body, whilst challenging strength & stability whilst also improving flexibility.



Zumba is a popular fitness programme inspired by Latin dance. The word “Zumba” comes from a

Colombian word that means to move fast and have fun, which is just how people describe the routine. Using upbeat Latin music together with cardiovascular exercise, Zumba is aerobic dancing that is lots of fun and easy to learn!
