Q. Are there courses suitable for children?
A. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer courses for children under 18.

Q. I have never played tennis. Will I fit in?
A. Yes. We break groups down according to playing standard and age.

Q. Will soft drinks and water be available throughout the day?
A. Yes, the club bar is just a short step away from the courts. Please note that refreshments are excluded from the price paid for your package. Jugs of water with ice and lemon are provided by the coaches or are available complimentary at the bar.

Q. If it rains will sessions be cancelled?
A. No, we have indoor courts to cater for the weather.

Q. How do I pay?
A. For accommodation, your payment is taken over the phone by a member of our reception team. Payments for the tennis sessions is paid via bank transfer to Mark, the Director of tennis, prior to your stay.

Q. Do I need insurance?
A. No. Wickwoods includes insurance in the cost of the course. If you would like to see a copy of our insurance policy please contact us.

Q. What about staff police checks?
A. All our staff are checked via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

Q. What about staff qualifications?
A. All our tennis coaches have up to date recognised qualifications (e.g. the Lawn Tennis Association, the Professional Tennis Registry).

Q. When is the best time to book?
A. Monday-Friday is best as the tennis programme has more to offer, we can offer tennis breaks during the weekend (subject to availability). Please note we have very limited availability on Saturday nights.

Q. Can we use the all the other facilities?
A. Yes. You have full use of the pool, steam-room, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, exercise classes and, of course, the tennis courts.

Q. Are treatments included?
A. Treatments are available at extra cost subject to booking. Places are limited so we strongly advise you to book early to avoid any disappointment.

Q. When are the club bar and restaurant open?
A. The club bar opens at 7am and serves breakfast from 7:30 through to 11.00. Our club menu is available from 10:00 through to 21:30 and our bar is open until 23:00. We also offer room service.

The Glass House Restaurant is open Mondays-Saturday 12-3pm & 6-9pm. Sunday 12-6pm.

Q. Can I book extra nights and attend other events?
A. Yes, subject to availability.
