I have been qualified in the fitness industry since 2006. Over this time,
I have developed a range of skills which have enabled me to instruct using a wide variety of physical disciplines and training styles. In my spare time I enjoy climbing, Yoga and Martial Arts. Collectively, these hobbies have given me a valuable insight into how promoting general mobility and wellbeing can benefit both the body and mind.
