  • Barre Sculpt

    This class is a fusion of ballet, Pilates and yoga. Incorporating the strengthening aspect of Pilates, the focus of yoga, and the grace and discipline of ballet, this class is a total body workout that will sculpt and tone every inch of the body. Barre sculpt is a low impact, dynamic, moderate intensity workout choreographed to music. May include equipment such as resistance bands and weights.

  • Body Conditioning

    Body Conditioning combines cardio and resistance work to an energetic beat. With a range of exercise techniques which include aerobics, floor work, weights and resistance training, you’re guaranteed a varied class that will hit those areas that other workouts miss.

  • Boogie Hoops

    Build core strength and cardio fitness in this fun hula hooping class! Boogie Hoops is suitable for beginners, the moves are easy to follow but most important of all is that you have fun!

  • BoxFit

    This high energy cardio workout features boxing techniques such as drills, footwork and core work. We recommend bringing your own gloves.

  • Circuits

    Circuits is a class that involves a combination of high energy aerobic and resistance exercises that are easy to follow and tailored to all levels of ability. The exercises are divided into individual training stations with rest periods between each station and after every full circuit of exercises.

  • Core (+all types)

    Core & release
    A variation of our popular Stretch & Tone class, incorporating a fusion of core and resistance exercises with mobility and stretches - improve the way your body moves!

    Core & stretch
    A class which focuses on the core with elements of toning and stretching, through a routine designed to lengthen and release tight muscles.

    Restore the core
    This class aims to target all the muscles which make up your core, improving your strength, pelvis positioning, posture, and balance.

  • Dance Steps

    Take it back to basics with Jane as she guides you through simple routines and dance moves.

  • Fitball

    Fitball is a fun group exercise class for all that is suitable for all abilities. The class uses core stability balls to enhance posture, core strength, and balance.

  • HIIT

    High intensity interval training. Short quick bursts of high intensity exercises that will get the heart rate up and burn calories.

  • HIIT Circuits

    High intensity interval training with circuit style stations including both aerobic and strength style exercises. Come along and have some fun!

  • HIIT Cycle

    This intense workout incorporates high intensity interval training with a cycle class. It's an effective way to improve and increase endurance, and burn calories fast.

  • LBT

    This fun dynamic class is suitable for all levels. It begins with aerobics to get the heart rate up, then moves to conditioning exercises which work to sculpt and tone the legs, bums and tums.

  • Low Impact Body Conditioning

    Low Impact Body Conditioning is a low to moderate intensity class, that uses LOW impact exercises, within a full body workout. This class is a great ‘all-round’ option, incorporating low level resistance, to build your cardiovascular conditioning, as well as overall muscle strength and definition. This class is fantastic for beginners looking for a cardio class.

  • Meditation

    Take time to calm down the nonstop activity of the mind and experience inner peace. In this class we use different methods for relaxing the mind and body to reduce stress and anxiety.

  • Move

    A fun and energetic high intensity aerobic and resistance class.

  • Movement Mechanics

    Movement Mechanics is a low intensity class aimed at informing participants about how to improve the biomechanical qualities that the body is capable of. The instructor will demonstrate exercises and positions that help to enhance attributes like joint mobility.

  • Pilates (+all types)

    Classic Pilates
    Using the original 34 classic contrology matwork exercises this challenging class focuses on the fundamentals of the Pilates, performed in a flow of movement.

    Dynamic Pilates
    This class flows at a quicker pace to the other Pilates classes we offer. Dynamic Pilates is suitable for all ages and abilities, as exercises are gradually built up with each participant encouraged to work at their own level. Along with moving at a quicker pace, this class also incorporates equipment such as soft balls, light free weights and resistance bands.

    Fitness Pilates

    Whilst still using the principles of Pilates this contemporary class fuses Pilates with stretch and yoga for a full body, low impact workout.

    Pilates
    Pilates is designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body’s balance. Pilates can be beneficial for everyone, regardless of age and fitness levels. Classes focus on low impact exercises that target the whole body to re-educate and restore it to optimum muscular and skeletal function.

    Senior Pilates
    A version of our very popular Pilates classes with a slightly gentler pace. Pilates can be beneficial for everyone, regardless of age and fitness levels, and can elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance.

  • Pulse

    A full body workout, we start by increasing the heart rate with 5 rounds of 5 cardio exercises to get our pulses racing. This is then followed by tri-sets of conditioning exercises with each set finishing on a pulsing exercise to make you feel the burn. One for those who want a challenge!

  • Pump

    Pump is a dynamic class that combines high repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning. It will tone and condition your body, help you to lose weight, and ultimately change your body shape in record time.

  • Qigong

    Qigong, pronounced “chee gong,” has similar roots to Tai Chi and involves carrying out a series of simple movements slowly and mindfully. Practised originally in China for centuries, the movements promote health and wellbeing, with positive effects on flexibility, coordination and a number of health conditions.

  • Relax & Meditate

    Take time for yourself to pause and take a breath, focusing on relaxing your mind and body.

  • Strong

    This 60-minute class incorporates several lifting techniques using barbells and kettlebells. Learn to squat, hinge, press, and deadlift correctly while getting stronger, improving your biomechanics, and enhancing your body composition. Suitable for most abilities - speak to an instructor in the gym if you would like further information.

  • Stretch & Tone

    Through a series of movements, exercises and developmental stretching, this class will promote mobility, stability and balance. By developing both tone and flexibility in the body, it will help to evenly balance muscles and improve posture.

  • Step

    An up tempo high energy class using a step and choreographed moves, all set to the beat of the music.

  • Strength & Conditioning for Tennis

    This class is aimed at improving the main sports specific physicality’s in Tennis. You’ll gain a better understanding of how to improve agility, and strengthen the body.

  • Studio Cycle (+all types)

    Studio cycle

    Studio cycle is a fantastic full body workout that strengthens and tones a variety of muscles whilst burning a huge amount of calories. Instructed with motivating music and a great energy, it is the perfect class to tone, burn fat and feel exhilarated.

    Express cycle

    A fast-paced studio cycle class for those who are short of time but want to get the most out of their work out.

    Core and cycle

    A 45-minute class amalgamating cardio and core exercises. This class begins with a warm up on the bike, followed by a 20-minute ride. You will then be guided through a tough 20-minute core sequence. This class is moderate to high intensity, but open to all levels who wish to be challenged.

  • Supple Strength

    Supple strength blends Pilates and body conditioning to build strength and flexibility by focussing on posture, core stability and body alignment.

  • Tai Chi for All

    An ancient Chinese movement discipline practised through a series of flowing movements. Balance, coordination, and posture are all improved by the practice, while the mindful focus on the movements helps to bring about a state of mental calm and clarity. Classes are suitable for all abilities, and characterised by a lightness of spirit - and of fun!

  • Total Conditioning

    This class focuses on developing strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility in a quick 30 minute full body workout.

  • Yoga (+all types)

    Ashtanga Yoga

    Ashtanga is a dynamic flowing form of yoga, designed to build up both flexibility and strength with a strong emphasis on breathing with a calming meditative focus. If you are reasonably fit and healthy with some yoga experience, this will be perfect for you. Ashtanga classes aren’t necessarily suitable for those who are slightly inflexible or a beginner to exercise classes, and so we would recommend a Hatha class instead.

    Dynamic Yoga

    Suitable for all levels of yoga experience. This class uses movement to access tension in the mind and body. The sequencing allows for safe spinal warm up and muscle release then moves into a mixture of standing and floor based postures. Some postures are held, others continuous. Deep slow breathing is encouraged to get the most out of this practice. This class aims to be fun with elements of challenge!

    Dynamic Flow Yoga

    An energetic and dynamic yoga class to a soundtrack of ambient music. Utilising your bodyweight to flow through yoga postures helps to increase your mobility and flexibility through fluid movement. Breathing techniques will be utilised to help you work through the flow which will get your heart rate up and leave you feeling energised.

    5 Element Flow Yoga

    An energising yoga class incorporating the 5 natural elements of earth, water, fire, air and space to cultivate balance in your mind, body and soul. Starting with slow grounding postures to create a sense of stability and connection to the earth and our bodies, whilst quietening the mind poses are the interwoven to create a dynamic flow as we build heat and strength in our muscles. A fun and uplifting practice.

    Embodied Yoga

    An embodied flow practice, moving through the internal felt senses as we release stuck energies.

    Flow and Restore Yoga

    A gentler version of our flow classes. This class encourages the body to relax whilst gently developing flexibility. You will be guided in and out of various poses with focus on breath and alignment. A good class for those wanting a slightly more challenging flow but with a restorative element.

    Fit Flow Yoga

    A class designed to tone, strengthen, and stabilise the body using mindful movement. Yoga moves combined and evolved into flows and reps to help enhance your regular yoga practice or just to build greater understanding and awareness of functional movements.

    Hatha Yoga

    Incorporating the principles of gravity, breath and spine together with presence and attention, this is a class which combines traditional practices of Hatha Yoga with 21st century knowledge of human movement. Offering a balance of active and passive movements its suitable for all abilities.

    Restorative Yoga

    Longer held ‘poses’, supporting the body with props to allow it to relax and release. This enables the natural healing powers of our ‘rest and digest’ state, whilst calming the mind.

    Rise and Shine Yoga

    A morning yoga session designed to help you unwind, open up, and create freedom and grounding. Suitable for all levels.

    Vinyasa Yoga

    Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic form of yoga using breath synchronised movements. It includes a variety of strengthening poses and passive stretches to increase fitness, burn calories and release stress. Vinyasa movements are smooth and flowing, almost dance-like.

    Yin Yang Yoga

    This class starts with the yang - a more dynamic, active vinyasa flow that will strengthen and invigorate the mind and body. This is then followed by yin - a restorative form of yoga that is focused on long held passive poses to encourage flexibility, relaxation, and bring balance and connection to the mind and body.

    Yin

    A restorative form of yoga that is slow paced and features postures that are held for an extended length of time. The flow of postures aim to stimulate the channels in the body to heal from within.

    Yoga Basics

    In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Working on breathing techniques you can expect an emphasis on simplicity repetition, and ease of movement.

    Yoga Flow

    A blend of traditional hatha with modern movement techniques to provide a solid foundation to develop insight to integrate mind, body and breath.

    Yoga for Wellness

    Join Jane as she guides you through various yogic practices, including mindful breathing, conscious movement, embodiment and meditation. Time to allow yourself to be who you truly are. To explore your inner world, cultivate your own wellspring of inner wisdom, with deep focus on mental wellness, self love and healing, acceptance and freedom.

    Yogalates

    A fusion of yoga and Pilates. This class amalgamates the core strengthening and alignment aspects of Pilates with the flow and mediation aspects of yoga. Suitable for all abilities.

    Yoga Nidra

    Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It uses a guided rotation of consciousness, an awareness of the breath, and visualisation techniques to bring you into a state of yogic sleep.

     

  • Zumba

    Zumba is a popular fitness programme inspired by Latin dance. The word “Zumba” comes from a Colombian word that means to move fast and have fun, which is just how people describe the routine. Using upbeat Latin music together with cardiovascular exercise, Zumba is aerobic dancing that is lots of fun and easy to learn.
