1. What is included in my booking?Bed and Breakfast – Room charge including taxes and breakfast. Included within your room:
    • Luxury bedding and towels
    • Tea and coffee making facilities
    • Hairdryer
    • Soap, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner

    Use of our pool, gym, spa or tennis courts is available at an additional cost of £10 per adult per day. Use of our restaurant, bar and grounds is included.

  3. What time is breakfast served? Full breakfast is served Monday – Saturday 7:30am – 12:00pm, Sundays 7:30am – 11:30am.
  4. Is there a wheelchair accessible room? We do not currently have any rooms accessible for wheelchair users.
  5. Are there places of interest to visit in the local area? Please visit our local attractions page for information on this.
  6. Can I request a cot / Z bed for the room? We have Z beds available for children up to 12 years old. We do have one travel cot, booking is essential please.
  7. What times are your facilities open? Monday – Friday: close 10:00pm. Saturday: close 8:30pm. Sunday: close 7:30pm.

    Please note use of the above facilities is subject to an additional fee as these facilities form part of a private membership club.

  9. Can I order room service? Yes, we offer a room service menu which can be found in your room, orders can be made over the phone (Subject to times).
  10. Is there someone to help me with my luggage? We have staff available to help with luggage between 7am-10pm and 7am-8pm on Sundays and bank holidays.
  11. Can I purchase toiletries at reception? We do not have toiletries for sale at reception but would be happy to direct you to the nearest shop which is five minutes away.
  12. Is Wifi available in the bedrooms? Yes we have free wifi for all our guests, please collect a code from reception on arrival.
