    Step 2. Initial Clinical Assessment

    We will take you through a thorough assessment to get to the root cause of your pain, and use the latest techniques to help you return from injury safely.

    Your Clinical Assessment may include a number of the following:

    • Postural assessment
    • Spinal movement testing
    • Muscle testing
    • Neurological testing
    • Functional movement screening
    • Range of motion testing
    • Injury diagnosis
    • Injury identification
    • Walking gait analysis



    Step 3. Techniques used within treatments

    After your Clinical Assessment, we will suggest recommended treatment techniques to perform during your appointment.

    We will also look at preventing injuries from recurring, offering advice and prescribing exercises for you to do at home.

    Acupuncture can be performed during Sports Therapy sessions





    Our Injury Rehabilitation Team


    Natasha qualified from the British School of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree. She is also a qualified medical acupuncturist and level 3 sports massage therapist.

    Natasha was previously a professional tennis player before embarking on a career in osteopathy. She had a senior WTA world ranking of 390 and was top 8 in Great Britain. She travelled the world playing tennis tournaments, as well as Wimbledon and representing Great Britain.

    Throughout her tennis career she suffered from many injuries, giving her an insight into rehabilitation.

    Natasha offers her clients an empathetic approach through both treatment and recovery. Using a holistic approach during her Clinical Assessment, Natasha finds the cause of your pain, and will tailor a treatment plan to your individual needs.


    Having graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a 1st Class Degree, Paul is a professional Sport & Exercise Therapist specialising in Sports Massage & Exercise Rehabilitation. Through the massage and the rehabilitation of athletes, Paul has treated and experienced many sporting injuries. He can meet with his clients on a weekly basis applying massage, taping and mobilisation techniques; helping ease his client’s discomfort and aiding a faster recovery.

    Paul can diagnose and find the cause of your pain by performing a clinical assessment. This will then help him create your treatment plan and get you back to a normal pain-free movement.


    Tom Pask

    Tom has been qualified in Sports Massage Therapy, and more broadly, Sports Therapy, in 2006.

    His experience of Sports Therapy, in addition to his of experience in gym instruction and personal training, allows him to assist you through the entire timeline of your injury.

    Tom’s treatments encompass the initial massages, through to the exercise rehabilitation and also the prevention of any further injury. He can also aid you to return to a sport or physical activity.



    Further Information

    • Non-members must sign in at reception, before being directed to the Lodge. Upon departure, guests must sign out.
    • Use of the Club facilities is dependent on being a member or booking a Spa Day.
    • Should you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced but you will be charged the full price.
    • An information sheet will be emailed to you prior to your clinical assessment/ appointment.

    Cancellations Policy

    • We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. If cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, a 50% charge will be made. This still applies if you wish to reschedule.
    • Should you miss your appointment, 100% of the booking will be charged.
