Starter: Gin cured salmon, dill mayonnaise, pickled radish & cucumber, walnut crumb GF
Vegan Starter: Beetroot carpaccio, herb yoghurt, caramelised walnuts, dressed rocket VE

Main: Honey glazed pork belly, fondant potato, tenderstem, sweet & sour apple, baby carrots & sage jus GF
Vegan Main: Red onion tarte tatin, rocket pesto, confit tomatoes, tenderstem, mixed VE

Dessert: Chocolate & orange gateau, orange curd, caramelised white chocolate, vanilla ice cream
