Here at Wickwoods we held our first ever nutrition seminar, run by nutritionist Dom Shepheard

The seminar was a great success, with a full house of Members and guests attending this informative and educational evening. Here Dom discussed ‘The Great Diet Conundrum’, looking at current popular diet plans and companies and how they are failing to help people keep and maintain a healthy lifestyle in the long term. Dom discussed taking things back to basics, and looking at the 5 basic fundamentals of health: single ingredient foods, hydration, sleep, consistency & sustainability.

Afterwards, Members & guests were given the opportunity to sign up to an 8 week nutritional course. Over the course of 8 weeks, meeting once at week at Wickwoods, you will go over key topics that play a role in creating a more sustainable healthy lifestyle. From nutrition basics to how to build a healthy kitchen, this course will give you all the tools you will need to create your own path.

Each session will will involve mini presentations, practical tips to implement in to your lifestyle, Q & A with Dom, group round table discussions as well as continued weekly support via a private Facebook group and the bonus of two 30 minute 1-2-1 consultations over the 8 weeks.

This course is designed for both men and women and tailored to success!
